FILM MAKING CONTEST: CHALCHITRA -2012

Rules & Regulation:
1. Duration for short films is 1 minutes to 10 minutes and should be based on the theme that inspires youth (For example: some of the slogans of Swami Vivekananda)
2. Duration for Documentaries is maximum 15 minutes and should be based on Gujarat culture, heritage, industries and life style.
3. We'd prefer you to mail us a link of your film to the below mentioned email ID.
4. Kindly send us the film in minimum 480 resolutions
5. The film can be shot in any format as long as the video and audio are reasonably clear.
6. The films should not contain any profanity, obscenity or hurt any religious sentiments.
7. Last date for submission is 31st March.
